Voila Staging and Design has received numerous awards for our quality of service and exceptional knowledge of the home staging industry. We recently received "Best of HOUZZ 2022, 2020, 2019 and 2018 for our outstanding service and "Best in Home Staging for "Staging Excellence, Customer Service and Design Quality" from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
Our team of professionals have staged 2000 homes throughout Northern Virginia and the Greater D.C. area since 2014. Our warehouse is home to thousands of sq. feet of designer furniture, art, accessories, lighting and rugs. We collaborate with real estate agents, builders and homeowners to add our Voila flair and warmth to homes before they are listed on the market. Because we own our furnishings, this translates into savings for our clients.
Each room of our staged homes are individually planned and specific to that home. Our clients receive the quality of a large staging company with the individual attention of a personal decorator.
We work hard to prepare a home for sale and our greatest satisfaction is seeing it go under contract!

All my life I have had a passion for interior design and remodeling. In my own home, we were always remodeling or changing rooms. Even at the age of twelve, I was allowed to choose the furnishings, carpet and wallpaper for my room!
I ended up in mortgage banking for 25 years after college and the last five years I was involved in the financing of new residential construction. Working with builders gave me many ideas about what makes homes sell.
A few years ago, we made the decision to sell our home and hired a home stager. When they finished we liked our home so much, we decided to stay. Therefore, I decided to combine the talents I had already accrued in my business and personal life to help other people realize that the right presentation goes a long way in selling a home.
I joined the Association of Home Staging Professionals and have served two years as the DC Chapter President of ASP (Accredited Staging Professionals). I am pleased to offer you the assistance you may require in staging and marketing your home.

I spent years in marketing and sales training but my passion has always been interior decorating. For me, home staging is the perfect culmination of my professional skills with my personal creativity.
I know first hand how effective home staging can be because my own home sat on the market for several months before the decision was made to hire a professional home stager. After my home was staged I received a contract in less than two weeks! I firmly believe that home staging is an essential marketing tool for selling a home and became an Accredited Staging Professional ASPⓇ to help others with the sale of their homes.
