With the homeowner, we establish a staging design plan on how to best prepare the home for sale. With occupied homes we work with the client's existing furnishings and will enhance the home with our designer furnishings and accessories. The stage may include a few rooms or the entire property. The goal is to present the home in the best way so that new buyers envision themselves living there.
